Fuel pipes

Hi all

Quick question about fuel pipes at the fuel rail on my 8v gte. Look from the front of the car,Which is is the feed and which is the return. One goes into the rail and the other runs along the rail into a regulator.

tank > pump > filter > feed line > fuel rail > regulator > return line > tank
