i guess i am stating the obvious but Xtrac still exist, did you try to contact ?

for a modern equivalent quaiffe engineering in UK do straight cut dog engagement gear sets for F20, and also straight cut synchronized versions for F20. from what i read the dog boxes you can flat shift with no clutch on the way up (1st through 5th or 6th)

what suspension does your car have on the rear ?

Apologies, I should have been clearer. It is the good people at X-trac that referred me to the chaps in the Netherlands, as they had sold them all their old stock of parts for that type of box. I'll try to upload pictures of the rear suspension in the coming week.

Oops, scratch that. I'm informed that we have NO rear suspension at the moment!

ah ok no worries, i was just fishing to see if it had tarmac spec independent arms, or traditional beam style. seen a few photos of both but no great photos.
