Here is some picture's of my current and past Nova's

Had 6 and I'm only 17 lol

Here's my 1st one bought in Feb 07 as a standard Nova Spin and it's been changed into this; Lowered, GSi interior and sideskirts, various wheels (Speedlines for summer), Predator spoiler and some other subtle wee touches:

Now:

My 2nd Nova wasn't much to see, a bare 2.0 8v rolling shell but due to rot it got scrapped:

3rd Nova was a 5dr TD and it's either been scrapped or sold on...We sold it on but no idea where it is now:

4th Nova which I still have used to be a Merit+ but it now houses a 1400 SR 8v engine and is going to be used for the track:

5th Nova was a genuine Sport shell bought from England but due to rot again it was sold on but I kept the engine, 40's and interior for my 6th Nova


Finally number 6, a 60k mile 1.0 base model shell - Going to be running the 1300 8v Sport engine on Twin 40's and also have the brown checked Nova Sport interior:

Will do - Need to save up so I can get it re-sprayed

Then start to put the Sport interior into it and the Sport engine

Always liked the Nova, you should have restored the sport though, they are rare now and worth a mint

Im going to be looking for a cheap one as a runaround in the new year while I restore the GTE

Should have restored the Sport mate but I didn't have the cash or resoures to weld it all up - Needed a lot lol

Bought Nova no.6 and going to make it into a 'Sport Runner' but going to be Opel/Irmscher based

Getting hard to get a good Nova shell now...

Looking good there mate. I still like the nova. Never had one but there is a real clean one in our village that I have my eye on. Just incase it comes up for sale.

I remember you from lisburn-cruise.co.uk, reading about that first one you had! Glad to see you stuck with the Nova, but as you say its getting hard to find good shells these days.

A wee bit of an update with the 60k mile 1.0 shell

Page before shows the engine is now out revealing a clean rot-free engine bay!

Cracked on with the back arches a bit more getting them as smooth as possible, they still need a bit more work though to get them 100% mind you whoevers painting them can sort them out if there not 100%





They'll need a wee bit of trimming:

Rear inner arches had holes/rot behind the shocks which can be seen here:

Now:

Going down to work on it tomorrow to work on the arches and make a start cleaning up the 1.3 8v engine and maybe connect the F10-5spd box up to it ready for it to be put in but who knows lol

Only got the red K plate, orange 1400 and the G reg 1.0 shell now
