hopefully in the process of a name change at the moment! dont worry it aint GTE_16V_2 !! lol, soz for the confusion with that name!! yeah i did find them on ebay, they work out a bout 25 quid each side new from vauxhall, but they cant get the main unit now anyway, just the hose conectors etc, do have the spare i need just the clips are broken, so need to drill in and then screw them in place instead, may give it a go later on, Darren

And to think I sold my mint set of washers and retaining brackets for £5 buy it now on ebay about 2 months ago

How much are those things brand new??

i got them priced up at my local vauxhall garage when i wanted some, and they retail at about £25 + VAT, wait for it.......EACH!! so that's like £60ish for the pair with VAT! so i found alternative means!

hello mate and welcome. i see you found us then. was chatting to my mate this morning, were you picked up in a recovery truck recently by any chance? yalberton auto's. he seems to recognise your car as one he picked up not long ago.

hi matey you again, this world is getting smaller and smaller!!! it certainly was mine, clutch eventually gave way back then! knew the clutch was very bad and bought it cheaper cos of it, was chatting to the guy, remember him saying he knew a chap who loved his gtes who had a champion edition!! now i know thats u!! he was quite sound that guy, had to wait something like three hours to get picked up by the RAC that time, although got a twenty quid gift voucher back cos i gave em a bit of stick to customer services, it was also pissing it down with rain and car tends to leak a bit!! still gotta sort some of those problems out!! PS your picture worked in that recent email, also saw one of them before on the Frappr site thingy, will prob catch up with you on MSN soon!
