alright kev, that purple astra up my end i metioned a couple of weeks back with the cossie engine is true according to a few of my mates but i havent seen it with my own eyes yet.

keep us up to date with the project looking good so far

Just out of interest...is the cossie engine roughly the same weight as an XE/LET/V6?

Hello people!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry I havent updated you all on whats going on, but not a lot has happend!

fipos car has gone now and Im pleased to say the cossie project has got its garage back, yay! So I can get stuck in now.

Im going to be getting the engine back in and making a sort of sub frame for it starting next week. Im ordering the steel I need tomorrow and ive also invested in a welder as Its a pain in the arse keep borrowing other peoples.
As soon as there are some pics worth showing Ill get them up.

I have got a few bits for the engine, light blues, 3 bar map sensor and a group A coil. All I need now are a big intercooler and a level 8 ECU with chip and the old lump should be pushing 400bhp!!! not to sure how long the rear diff or engine will actially last though, lol.
