Cheapest option that will last are the Bilstein Cup dampers (Kadett Rallye spec) front and rear and appropriate springs that fit in the standard Astra Mk2 casings. You can also convert these to coilover on the front using the conversion sleeves.
Next step up is to go for an inverted type damper. Needs new casings for the front (www.hh-ms.com can supply) but can then take a 40mm Bilstein fixed rate damper or Avo adjustable damper.
From then on its about budget. You can pair the HHMS front legs with Proflex dampers with canisters and convert the rear to coilover by turetting the rear suspension and Im sure reiger / ohlins etc will build you a set to match. You can also try to find the Pilbeam (works team) suspension that is the ultimate set up with Proflex or similar.
See the links to my project threads in my signatures.
The roadrally car uses 36mm Bilstein Cup dampers in standard casings.
The stage rally car uses 40mm Inverted adjustable Avo dampers in coilover front casings and Avo adjustable rear dampers
The tarmac rally car will use HHMS coilover front legs, Proflex inverted adjustable front dampers and a turreted rear with Proflex coilover adjustable dampers.

My current rallycar uses the 40mm inverted type but are single adjustable.
This length of damper sacrifices a little travel for lower ride height but still has plenty. Nigel @ Avo will be able to look up my specs to make them to.
If you have some HHMS legs then just get the bronze bushes checked and you should be good to go. There should be a threaded hole in the bottom of the strut casing for the damper to screw into and a locknut then goes onto that.
thanks for the info, as wel my suspention will be budget for this moment, the engine and and the gearbox cost to mutch i wonder the leggs you show at the picture, where can i find tools to build that legs for my self with avo invered? how looks the bushings in the leggs? excuse me for the bad English
Theres a lot involved. New strut tubes are needed, bronze bushes fitted inside, steering arms refitted in a different place and a couple of other tweaks. Obviously needs fully jigging to keep straight too.
Fitted with DU bush & Seal. To suit 40mm Escort Mk2 Bilstein Insert. Adjustable ride height strut tube, for custom suspension builds, as used in our Escort Mk2 Group4 struts (Short Struts). Sold per 1 tube.
I suspect its 50mm outer diameter tube with 3mm wall to give 44mm inside diameter and uses a 44mm outer, 40mm inner DU bush at top and 3/4 way doen with a threaded end plate for the damper to screw into.
