I have been thinking for a while i want to swap my speedlines for some expression wheels/champ/or cav gsi and some cash my way.

is this an insane manouver?

Given that the speedlines are too big on your car, I think it is quite a reasonable thing to do. You could always photoshop some expression wheels onto your car just to make sure you will like them
