Re: [Holland] My Kadett GSi16v (turbo) restoration
Alright, not an interesting update..
After fitting the pedal box i noticed there was a little gap between the plate and the car. (a stupid mistake not checking the cardboard mold correct)
So asked my mate Remco to cut a new plate. This time in a little bit thicker aluminum to prevent bending when braking hard.
So first update since a year or so (not an interesting as i mentioned before)is a new alu plate in some non ferro primer.
I'll try to fit it in the car somewhere this weekend. Till the next time.
Re: [Holland] My Kadett GSi16v (turbo) restoration
no photo of the complete car yet.
But I've been struggling to get the pedalbox in. It's a tight fit, but it's in.
a VERY tight fit. Got approx 3mm left when turning.
I only need to set the bias bar a little better, but not shure yet how to.. Think start in the middle. Will do that in the future.
Got the dash in..
The overhauled steering rack. Done in the UK. Shame about the shitty black paint.. Fitted with temporarly steering arms so i can move the car when necessary
And the MC's. Will start with; 0.625" rear, 0.75" front and 0.7" clutch
