How many useful parts can be sourced from the Nexia to regen our Mk2's

I will start the ball moving:

- Window seals ( http://www.astra-mk2.com/forum/showthread.php?t=11180 )
- Door Seals (Colours not sure about)
- External C Pillar Covers
- Additional Over door seals

Anyone with part numbers we can start making a reference list (I smell a sticky)

Yes it's amazing how many black dashed nexia you see in the scrappies!!

Slightly off topic, but we had a daewoo esprero (sp?) in work a few weeks back and that seemed to be based on a mk2 astra also. Looked like a slightly modified astra chassis.

i thought esperos were based around mk2 cavaliers? which admittedly share bits with mk2 astras also.....

Do you know if the dashes go straight in to a Mk2 with no messing?

From experience no, but seeing one in the scrappies with the dash out they look very very similar to a 16v shell anyway!!

I still want one of those centre consol bits that replace the 16v cassette holder, so if anyone sees a black one in a scrappys can you grab it?

the heater box is over to the side behind the glove box, so I expect some differences in the dash.

Thanks Ian, as my early post, we can start listing the compatible parts for future reference, in the meantime i will beat the local dealers door and try and get a list of dealer part numbers
