help, how how??

outside now stripping car interior. how do i get the section out where the blower, cig lighter etc is??
its all unclipped and hanging but only attached by the cable type things which move the windscreen and footwell heat adjustment. how does this come out?
doing it now so can always call me, lol lol. 07967 365017
