Interior door water deflector

Has anyone come up with an alternative product for the interior door water deflector, the clear plastic which sits behind the door card and has a pink glue all the way round?

I need some more of the plastic but cannot find anything similar?

another option is to pop to wickes (insert hardware store of your choice) and buy damp proof course (meaning the folded up large sheet of plastic that you would lay as a barrier when pouring a concrete slab)

much cheapness and nicely thick

You used to be able to get hold of the pink glue from Vauxhall but not seen it for a while, the pink glue allowed you to peel and restick the plastic, has anyone seen any of that available?

Hi Kris i know the stuff you mean. I think that sticky sealant stuff that never seems to go off is called Butyl tape but could be wrong. A couple of links below for you might help.
