IMPORTANT.

Billing packs are sent out a week before the event to the address used to pay by Paypal (Please let me know if this is incorrect).

Packs will contain 1 wrist band per ticket bought. We ask you to wear this band throughout the event so people on the stand, and more importantly you know who are members of the club.

The wrist band also shows you are welcome to the Saturday night BBQ (and drinks during the event, subject to stocks).


Tickets can be bought from the club shop for £10 per space.

Hi sorry if this is in the wrong place or if I'm being thick.... Do you need to buy a ticket if your a club member? and where can I find out when my membership is up incase i need to purchase that again too? Many thansk
