You could try these on eBay item no 393395560937 the Ford puma stick on foam bumper blocks are similar and you could easily cut them to shape if you have an original one to copy.

I have some new ones and some used ones but currently in the middle of moving house and everything is boxed up.

I have just checked and they are still available in USA as they fit Pontiac Le man and they are available in Ukraine it states on parts website.

I have used America for most parts recently, just shipping can be expensive.
