  • Post your astra action shots...

bretts donny thread gave me an idea. post up your track action photo shots. a) because it looks cool to see sluttly astras hacking round tracks, and because, b) you get to show off your car again

i'll let someone else start, so as not to look so conceited, lmao. keep the sizes sensible though, its not a competition ! 640 x 480.

althou i cannot speak entirly for odd ball but i would say the reason why he took the bonnet off at pod was for the same reason i ran mine dfown the strip without a bonnet to see wether giving the throttlebodies a hopefully colder suppy of air would make a difference to performance becasue there normal cooped up inside the engien bay with not much ventilation but i may think that like me he found it made a very very little difference mine seamed to pull better at first but because of arodinamics seemed to tail off at the end meaning a 1/4 mile of the same sort of time as with the bonnet just a lower top speed

                          Castle hillclimb, Cornwall.

Longleat hillclimb. Note that the door mirrors and number plates had alerady been ripped off in the baboon enclosure.

Wiscombe Park hillclimb, Devon. Demonstrating precisely the wrong line to take around a sharp uphill hairpin.

Rather more action than intended at Werrington Park hillclimb, Cornwall.

I was just about to say how much I fancied having a go at hill climbing, Prolock isnt to far from me nor is wiveliscombe. Not so sure after seeing those piccys!

did you have to re-shell after the above incident?
