put the wheels on ebay there off a vectra btw
Feel bad about killing it really its not that bad, needs usual rear arches and front wings and it would be fine.. :( but my astras the better car and it needs an XE..
as for the wheels, someones offered me 100 quid for them already  thats 50 quid to make back and the cars free
What colour is it exactly, its listed as purple on the log book havent seen many that colour.. another odd thing i havent had before is on the vin plate it was manufacured by 'Adams opel' W.Germany  usually just say vauxhall motor company on my other ones..

All GTE 16v's came from Germany. Its the 8v's that say Vauxhall.
The colour is Aubergine.......................

There is a chance that it could have a Coscast head, the leads are in the way to tell if it is or not though.
Nah its not cos cast as its got the core plug in the head, its an early GM no head problems with it tho ticks over nicely, looks will maintained. but looks like some b*****ds done it over, screwed every lock, ripped the ignition covers off, ripped the back seats apart gave the inside a good kicking by the looks of it, but it didnt get started as it had 2 immobilisers on it :) unlucky.... meant that a good car got recked tho.. but i'm not going to fix it as its got no sevice history no paper work apart from the V5 doc.. so its not worth saving :( ........ another ebay bargin... any body got a valver cheaper that works great??? absolute bargin i think....
