By the way, I've since replaced the bonnet with a standard GTE unit so the one in the pics is for sale now.

Cheers for the pic's. Did you have any other mods done to the rear archs to get that smooth half circle effect rather than the straight edge? I will hopefully be buying the same wide arch kit off Grak who is a resident on these forums too!

I've seen a lot of your car Astraoid. Love the majority of it, glad your putting an original bonnet back on. I love the original GTE bumpers, but with your kit they look a bit weak, would smoothing the extensions in been a nightmare?

Yep. because there's so much flexing of the front bumper, any smoothing will just crack. Personally I never liked the F50 extreme bonnet and much prefer the car with a standard bonnet. I'll post up pics soon.

hey Neil never even noticed you finally made it over here!!

Im lucky to have seen this car at full chat on several occasions, From feeling the sheer heat coming off it on the RR at interpro a year or so ago, watching it blow a plug lead off half way down the 1/4 mile at pod in the summer, to depressingly watch it strom passed and disappear over the horizion when I thought I was going pretty fast in the first place. Its one hell of a car, not much more you can say about it really.

Neils a nutter, even takes it grass cutting at Castle Coombe every spring!;)

lol cheers Brett. I'm just about starting to get used to driving the car again now and hopefully I'll be a bit quicker at combe this year. It's also a bit less miss-firey nowadays too - the leads popping off at pod brought a few problems to light which have since been rectified, so maybe I'll get it down the strip in one piece too. :D
