Kind of just an observation..

Just to see if i have a point, Ive had 8 of these gtes and looked at about 100 more, from my experience or is it just me, but the metallic blue ones always have next to no rust?? the paintwork is peeling they look ruff etc but theyve got next to no rust at all.. also the same with a lot of met grey ones... anybody else found this?? is there a reason..

Could just be one of those things. Can see red and black going as they are suceptable to sun fading, paint can then get oxidised maybe. I don't know.

They are all from Germany, made with pretty much the same steel, go to be the way they have been looked after..................

I have seen and owned a couple of badly rotten dark grey ones, and owned a couple of minters too................

Ive owned a 1.8,2.0,3x2.016v and a turbo and they were all rotten (arches)!
None of those were blue though ;)
