wee question about heads

ok i read the head thing on the other page

if i have read it correctly i noticed that early gtes with a coscast head have the z shape mark so i went outside lifted the bonnet and mine looks like this

with the z mark is it coscast?

our other gte just has a gm stamp and numbers which head is it?

gm stamp is normal gm head
if theres no core plug on the side then its probably coscast :D

the late coscasts most commonly found on the cavalier/calibra turbo have a GM stamp too !

Doesnt the costcast head have a criss cross pattern in the aluminium near the ports?
Cant remember now I will have to go in the garage and look at mine!
