I know they made red Antibes Novas, which I think had red coloured coded interior etc, so at a guess I would say yes, they prob did make red mk2s.
Think they did yellow ones in the Nova to, but don't quote me on that.

I dunno why you want that carpet mate, but just in case and to save the hassle dont expect it to fit your 16v!! different floorpan:(
I tried a black CD one in mine - just will not fit.

Brett what have you got planned for your car?are you going for the 'stripped out' race theme, or the 'take your Mrs out' carpet theme? .excuse the expressions. heh.. im in two minds myself :o
both have there advantages. . they other option would be to have two astra's but bit hard to keep em on the road then.
i liked the idea somone said i think it was you. to have a vauxhall Senator as a runaround :D .

in 2 minds. Could go mad. loose the wheel well, weld up the sunroof, run the brakes and fuel lines in side the car. I'd do all this when I fit my roll cage next month.
I think in the end I will carpet the lot and stick with the leather, keep it comfortable as at the end of the day thats what will make me feel most at home with the car. I know to 99% of people heated seats, carpet and roll cages dont mix, but I like both so why not put them together. At least I'll end up with something unique!
