Wow nice a 3.0l mated to an F20 ...very cheeky :D , .i imagine there's bags of torque to play with?
Looks very nice mate ,how much work was involved in the whole conversion from the start with the 2.5 ?.

Now that is very impressive, I would love to do this conversion myself but I imagine it has cost you a bundle and a half! Is there room for a super charger and a n2o controller in there ;)
You don't see many mk2 v6's, did you do all the work on it? And what car is the v6 out of?

from the looks of it the first engine would have been a cav or calibra v6 and the second one being a 3lt and with that induction manifold would be a omega elite ????

Sweet, how much of a squeeze was it to get in? Did it go in on the existing mounts?

The original conversion nearly 6 years ago cost me a fair bit  but i've had sooo much fun since i don't regret a penny of it.
Not too sure about the supercharger or NOS, i think traction would start to become a serious issue though, lol.
I have to put my hand up & admit to having the 2.5 engine fitted for me by Courtenays, i've never really had the space or time to carry the work out myself though as you can see, i managed to fit the 3.0 all on my tod outside the back gate whilst dodging rain etc. The whole job cost approx £400 including purchasing the new, unused engine :D

No squeeze at all really, always get lots of comments regarding how much room there is in the bay. The front g/box from a GTE 2.0 8v is used as this sits the engine further back than a 16v item would, the offside mounting is fabricated & uses a Cavalier mount.

No, that, to my knowledge was the first one ever done built by a couple of Vauxhall employees.
I think mine may have been the 2nd or 3rd done as i'd heard ages ago that Regal had also put one together

Interesting statement that.
How much further back, and what gearbox?
My F20 diff sits about 10mm away from the subframe with the standard 16V mount, and the driveshafts have quite and angle towards the rear.
at least its not a saxo

alrite mate.. i was wondering if you still had those champion sticker sets for sale because they look the right stickers especially the '16v' ones as yours look to be 2 layers - silv/grey background with the colour on top..
cheers
