It's even hard to find a haynes manual that covers the LET! Calibra book doesn't cover it! believe cav does though... usefull for torque settings that the XE doesn't have!

But then there is always TIS (if it decides to work! lol)

I just want to know what limits i can skim the head to and how much to take the ports out to? What valves that i could etc so that i can get a bit more power out of it?

this is about as big as port size goes, you may find some a bit bigger but not by much

on the coscast head you can fit 1mm bigger inlet valves and 1mm bigger exhaust valves, not so sure about the GM/KS head, but things like this ae done to a no compramise engine tbh where its used for proper racing.

as for skimming, if you intend to keep it NA with no N20 then you can skim a bit of but watch the valve clearences.
