Who's GTE is it anyway

This is a picture I have had in my collection for several years, I was at the end of a film and at the time Stuart and I were eyeing up this tasty Silver GTE that was cruizin around at the time.

I almost fell off a wall to get this picture, just wondering if anybody knows of this car or who owns it, or whether its still on the road even.

It was spotted at Hunstanton in Norfolk.
