To fit my roll cage in to my astra I had to remove the sunroof. The sunroof is not going to fit back in cos of the cage.
I’m after a Perspex sunroof and some way of fixing it in. I got a few ideas but was wondering if anyone has done it before or know of anywhere I can buy one.

For one thing, I would not use perspex as it is dangerous in motorsport applications. Use Lexan if you have to replace the glass - safety first!

That was one of the options I was thinking of for a temporary fix.
But I am trying to make the car as light as possible so I’m still going to have to find anther solution at some point.

looks like perspecs but is used in riot shields and for roof protection for open rooved industrial vehicles, i was thinking the same sort of thing but wouldn't know how to fix it.
