blue mattig wide arch cabby!

on the way to weston with brett on saturday morning at 12ish and as we got to lympsham we spotted a dark metalic blue mattig (i think) wide arch cabby. it was seriously wide and looked quite good. never seen it about before. anyone on here?

i seen this car again driving out of the car part at brean rally on sunday, i dont think its a mattig kit, its wide arch tho, looks like its in good nice, only caught a glimpse of it. i think it must be local.
