In the future I would like to do a few body mods to my car, i'm pretty good when it comes to head to hand so I feel as though I can undertake alot of the work myself since I have access to my dads workshop which has pretty much everything I will need (welders, paint sprayers... etc).

BUT it would be alot easier if I had some sort of guide showing the process step by step. If anyone can help!

Bad Boy bonnet
Smoothing off the rear tail gate and solinoid latch
De-Badgeing
De-Locking
Blending in bodywork

Has anyone had any experiance of DIY spraying? I've resprayed pannels before but never an entire car with alot of sucess, but it shouldnt be too bad if I take all the panels off and spray them indervidually like I have seen others do here.

Pay for the paint and do the prep work and I will! Where abouts do you live?

Does anyone know where to get the JMS Rear Skirt? Or if there is a place with a better price for the zender front splitter than here? http://www.tuning.co.uk/vauxshop

Cheers

It has to be said that though I'm not a fan of modern styling methods, I would agree that a mk2 Astra is one of the few cars that lends itself well to 'bad boy' bonnets.

Whoa this is an old topic I forgot about it! I think i'm more likely to buy a new gte than work on the gsi atm but we shall see, I want to finish my cali first.
