geting clear front indicators this week also just won front and rear strut braces off ebay £38 deliverd so they will be on this week as well dont really want to strip the interior like i usally do with my track cars as i have this one road leagal and still need to put people in the back some times.
also dont know whether to put clear side repeaters or smoke i seem to be swaying towards smoke as the wheels are now dark what you guys think?????????/

smoked side repeaters will look better with those wheels. have you got a lower brace for the front? they make quite a bit of difference!

What strut brace will fit my 16sv lump?

meatyp

What strut brace will fit my 16sv lump?

that one seems to universal as it would fit both ways the 8v way seems to go towards the bulkhead the way in the pics and spin it round and it would go between the sfi box and the head on a 16v going by pic's i sourced but with modification to washer jets bottle

is there a big noticable diff to the handling after a set of strut brsces on the front and back?

astrasteve23

i only had a front upper and lower on my old 1.4, the upper only made a little difference, lower made quite a lot of difference.

I noticed a big difrence but i dont know if i am just geting more and more confident in the car going round the track as i have seen 3 dry outings on the track but there does'nt seem to be as much body flex or body roll on the corners and if it does try to step out its easy to catch;)
