got my cally payout today....so i need to spend it on the GTE!

only got £1500 for her, so with the £150 salvage rights, i got £1350

so im wanting to spend some cash on the GTE beast....

i think i'll get a new exhaust, one thats not too loud, but has a nice roar to it.....


not sure what else??

id keep it as std as poss it looks really nice the way it is.

just spend the money on a smart holiday , or give some to me.

actually you could lavish some money on some good shockers an a brace or two.

i cant remember what exhausts are overly loud, i think magnex is? could be wrong.

decent alarm? am i rambling.?.....just tell me when to shut it.

Alarm, delock, Sort out the rear 1/4 panels & arches.

Strut brace will make a difference, but the front one will be most noticable by far.

all of the janspeed exhausts that i have heard have been quiet when cruising and a really nice loud note when heavy right foot is applied! they aren't to loud tho!

single rage 5" just like mine centre exit of course sound awsome but when toodling along not loud at all just all pop pop nnice

imo a 5" is way to big and doesn't suit a mk2. i would only fit a 5" to a jap car. i would go for something standard looking on a standard looking GTE, like a twin rectangle like brett has, it really suits a GTE! or maybe twin 21/2" or twin 3"

as you saw from today....she's now got 288's on the front, as well as turbo rims cause yesterday and today i done the 5 stud conversion on the front....she looks the horn!!

with this money, i will get the rear quarters done, and any other bits thats need sorting like the trim.....a front strut brace is definatly on the cards and exhaust.....should have the money cleared by friday!!!!! :D

the first thing im getting is 4 new tyres for the turbo rims.
