Red GTE in Norwich

Spotted a red GTE in norwich, with MK3 Astra GSI wheels, twin round pipes, car looked pretty tidy, had headlamp washer jets missing and it was G reg.
I see it going the other way in traffic but I dont think they see me, anyone know who it is?

Just been up in Norwich all this week, I see the red GTE on the A140, at the roundabout down from the Bayer Crop science place.
Also see a silver/champaign coloured GTE(it was dark) at the mcdonalds on that road with a primered back arch on 17's
