    does anyone here still have the standard time clock between the cold air vents?

    If so would you mind popping it out, taking the black surround off and measuring the dimensions of the clock face? I need to know if its the same as the Monza fuel computer I got at Billing, Ive got a hunch they might have used the same surround when fitting it to Kaddet GSi's on the continent.

    If it is the same, anyone got a spare I can have? I cant find mine anywhere

        I've got a fuel comp from a mk1 Carlton in my GTE valver but everything reads x4 higher than it should because the transducer used on the carlton was only a 4 pulse a second and the valver uses a 16 pulse a second. Just need to build a devide by 4 circuit but can't remember what which chip I used in my last mk2, doh. Anyone with any ideas?

          epc says they are all 8 pulse. why cant you jsut use a carlton sender anyway ?

            was woundering about accuracy of it, but I was more concerned about it reading worng due to the different engine managment/injectors etc.

            Carlton Sender? which sender? gen please, Im going to a breakers that has 2 Mk1 Senators and a Mk1 Carlton CD (none have the compute BTW, or I'd have had it by now) and will try and get the bit or bits if you want one Harvey!

            After speaking to Alex (RedGTE16v) I've found out the surrounds are differnet sizes. What have you used to fit yours Harvey? is the Carlton Surround suitable? the Monza one aint!!
