PeteR on MIG has done it. There is some detail on MIG about the swap he psoted from when he did it. IIRC the heater controls were tottaly incompatiable and he had to leave it blowing hot air all the time. That was the only major problem he had.
I'd rather have a MK3 cavalier dash in a Mk2, the Mk3 Astra dash is a right dogs dinner of a mess.
There have been a few people that have done this. I understand it is relatively easy. The one person that springs to mind is PeteR. Can't remeber if he's registered on here. Do a search here tho, you'll find what you need.

There is a way to rearange the heater controls to make them work but I dont know any details!
Although the Mk2 Dash will never win any style awards, Everything just seems to be in the right place, no need to move or stretch to reach any of the controls.
In my book its all about good ergonomics
If only I could get it flocked for cheep
