Havent managed to sort the drivers side R/wheel arch yet but shouldnt be long. Ive had an idea of cutting the Vauxhall rear 1/4 trims into the fog lamp aperatures. The same holed 'mesh' type effect as the rest of the grille & front end.

Yeah its mostly Mistral Grey, but theres been a rattle can respray (doors & rear quarters) at some point in Steel Grey. Vin plate says the car should be Carmine Red so I'm guessing it was re-shelled at some stage.
Will be mistral Grey when finished though.

Dan, dya remember I bought that Peco tailbox from ya? Do I need an adaptor pipe to get it onto a std centre section. Looks a different length/shape to a 16v tailbox. :)

Aha, you've had a name change then? :)
It came off a H plate GTE 16v with a very standard looking centre section mate ;)

Doh !!
To be fair though the car is beginning to get tidier as its nearly all back to Mistral Grey.

My car was badly painted with rattle cans by a previous owner in the wrong colour. I simply washed it off back to 'Mistral Grey'.

Thought it might have been something like that. Quite tricky!
Wasnt this car put up on ebay last week? The picture taken from the rear NS corner looks very familiar. Dunno why I look on ebay though, theres no way im buying another :D

Why not grab yourself a set of GTE r/quarter trims & cut out fog lamp shaped inserts. Have the cheese grater effect right accross the front!
