was bidding on an xe/let bottom end .was only missing pistons and was successful and won it for grand total of....................99pence...........now got email from seller wanting 100 quid or wont let it go............very unfair and well p**sed off to say the least.ebay legally binding my hairy ringpiece.sorry needed to vent.anyone know what i can do

if you had the option of paying vbia paypal, pay it and then you have an agreement for payment and arrange collection, you would then have an item bought and paid for and refusal from them on letting you have what is yours!

just another thing ebay lets us down on!

Agreed, unless you say you're going to collect it...

Either way, it's another bad experience of eBay, when I sold my white GTE the bloke thought that the bidding was simply to get him an appointment to beat the price down.

I elected not to leave feedback simply because I didn't really want to receive a neg simply because I gave one. That said, the ad was fair and factual, so he was taking the pee and knew it.

have and kept all emails betwene myself and that person.sent via paypal will collect bloke just trying his luck....its a legal auction but ebay will as per usuaal do nothing. will keep updated
