filed a complaint first time round but it'd taken him that long f**king about it was too late to register a complaint with ebay. i've sent him a message now saying he needs to send it out or i'll be contacting ebay and the police. he's taken my money and made no attempt to either refund me or send it out

happened to me 2 weeks ago, bought a phone for 200 quid, and the arseholes then claimed oin their insurance and reported it stolen after i got it and it got blocked .if i only lived a little closer.

Can you not put a claim through paypal if you paid that way ??
Id make up a bogus account or 2 and run one of his items up to a few £1000 , Then when he claims a dispute with you you agree you will pay , That way he gets lumped with high valuation fees
