Looking great, good to see some pics at last! Love the spoiler-less look and the plexi windows. Your taking weight saving to new extremes with the lack of boot lifters!-fair play mate, I bet it's gonna fly!

Seeing as it is MOT'd and insured, i would guess so? I have a question though - if this car is built around a spanking chassis from vauxhall, what reg year does the car assign to ?

Bit of a water leak youv'e got there. I think the engine's knackered. Look, I'll do you a deal, how about £600 for the whole car?

Anyway, looking good. It's going to go officially "quite well" I expect. LOL.

Just one personal IMO and that's I think you should put std mirrors back on.

Talking about standard mirrors, has any seen shortened mk2 wing mirrors? I remember a few years back a firm were doing them for the Nova. Sometimes I think the standard mirrors stick out a little to far and a cut down version could look pretty good IMHO.

Yeah i remember Brett W's Green 2.0 16v Nova had the shortened mirrors and they did look rather tasty!
Then again so did the rest of his car! :D

i remember seeing some on a red nova about 2 years ago! looked ok. wouldn't do it myself tho. never seen them on an astra.

well time for an update i since it went on the road i have done 1500 miles blown up the engine (big ends went oil cooler problem ) so fitted a standard xe in and run a 1/4 mile at

13.4@108mph

but now i have decided i dont want to tb's anymore so last week sold them lol
i have just fitted a let now just waiting for an intercooler to turn up then it will be spec as follows

2lt turbo
big big fmic
phase 2 chip set
and the nitrous

i am hoping for somewhere aroud 280 from the engine off gas and about 350 on will run this till it goes boom then i promise i will not rebuild a silly power motor ;)
