I just bought the 2nd generation nano in silver really good piece of kit,

apparently aren't apple getting sued for this as someone has used the name iphones before.

Apple are supposedly getting sued over this.....there comment was , oh this is a fuss about nothing.

Pity they never used that train of thought when they manged to lock apple users into i tunes , and also if you lost your tunes you had to buy them back allover again as the rights werent yours.
